I had to delete and reinstall the HC application on my hearth adhere. Once i get to the indication site, I enter the url, username and password. Had problems updating quickly so had to get here it done manually which resulted in new Mac code, tried to get them to put licence on new participant but they disregarded both electronic mail and watsappp
